Marynka Rojas Gorgen
NLA Director &
Presidents Council Chair, NAAAP

Marynka Rojas Gorgen enjoys retirement from a career in public service where she specialized in strategic planning and performance management. 

Besides her work with NAAAP as NLA Director, Presidents Council Chair, and San Jose Chapter President/Chief Visioning Officer, she is heavily involved in dragon boat at the local, regional, and national level as a coach and paddler for DieselFish Dragon Boat Team, and board member for the Pacific Dragon Boat Association and US Dragon Boat Federation.

Ashley Mack
Executive Director, NAAAP

As Executive Director, Ashley oversees the administration, programs, and strategy of the organization. Ashley joined NAAAP in 2011 and has served roles with increasing levels of operational responsibility. Most recently as Chief Financial Officer, she provided oversight of NAAAP’s financial vision and strategy. 

Professionally, Ashley is the first female AAPI field operations leader in Atlanta Gas Light’s 165-year history where she is responsible for the safety and performance of 80+ first responders. Ashley co-founded and became Chairwoman of the first AAPI ERG at Southern Company Gas. Ashley earned a BBA from Georgia State University and an MBA in accounting from Texas A&M University.

Alex Draper
Founder & CEO, DX Learning Solutions

Alex Draper founded DX Learning in 2015. DX is a partner in progressive leadership and cultural development that taps into the powerful combination of behavioral psychology and experiential learning, to expose and eliminate bad leadership and prepare leaders to put people first. 

He is now a leading force in disrupting the leadership development industry with science-based methodologies that drive leadership self-awareness and psychological safety.

Dr. Jeleen Sindall
Customer Success Executive, Cisco
& NLC22 Convention Director, NAAAP

As a Customer Success Executive, Jeleen helps public sector customers realize business outcomes with Cisco. 

Prior to Cisco, Jeleen served as a federal veterinarian, building government partnerships. 

Prior to joining the government, she was a professor in exotic pet medicine at University of Pennsylvania. She received her veterinary degree from UPenn and a bachelor’s degree from Yale. A strong advocate for building leaders, she is an Advisor for NAAAP-DC and is the NLC22 Convention Director.

Gina Yeo-Bennett

Gina is a certified professional coach (BU Coach) and thought leader in high performance workforce, leadership development and talent management. Her global experience include leadership roles with Fortune 500 companies like Harley-Davidson, Allstate, Flowserve, CDW and international clients Caltex Oil, KLCC, St. Regis Hotel and DIGI.

Fun facts about Gina: She enjoys oil painting, international travels, is a hardcore foodie and most of all, she loves riding her motorcycle.

National Program Director, NAAAP Pride

Keith believes in advocacy through visibility. Serving as National Program Director, NAAAP Pride (building inclusive leaders through educational programming & advocacy for LGBTQ+ Asian identity). Currently an ERG & Digital Strategies consultant at DEI management consulting firm, supporting corporate executives engage & retain top talent.

Previously worked on multicultural marketing projects with global brands like Toyota, Tokyo Disney & HokaONE. Proud bilingual first-gen Japanese American!

Mandy Sha
Research Scientist &
Speakers Bureau Director, NAAAP

Mandy directs NAAAP Speakers Bureau (NSB), the official system for engaging Asian speakers in North America.

As a research scientist, she transforms theory into practice in international speaking engagements and scientific publications.

Grounded in sociolinguistics and data science, her UWIN™ narrative framing method motivates groups, Gen Z professionals and youth, and people of color to incubate your strengths and make your gift shine online, on social media, and in cross-cultural communications.

Dennis Ngin
VP Digital Experience, Wpromote
Chief Data Officer, NAAAP

Dennis is the Vice President of Digital Experience for Wpromote, ranked by Forrester as the leading performance marketing agency helping brands excel online. He was previously the Chief Operating Officer of Visiture, an award winning 5x Inc 5000 eCommerce agency that was acquired by Wpromote. Dennis has also held roles at Accenture Strategy, Amazon, and an eCommerce startup.

As NAAAP’s CDO, Dennis is responsible for defining and executing a digital-first strategy for NAAAP and its regional chapters. His primary objective is to enable and support our leaders in executing our mission.

Dennis earned his MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and Bachelors degrees in Marketing and Political Science from the University of Florida. He resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife and son.
