What to Expect

Kick off Spring 2023 with your fellow NAAAP national or chapter leaders, in-person! We’ll go to the America’s finest city San Diego for two exciting days. The first day, you can expect to participate in three in-depth sessions focused on confronting bias, finding your strengths, and ways to put it all into action. The second day has everyone’s favorite group exercise and round table activities. This means the speakers won’t be the only ones talking – you’ll get involved too!

Check out the full event schedule.

When work is done, there will be plenty of time to play. Need to get daily steps in? Look no further than the strip. Craving something to eat? Choose from 4,000 restaurants. Want the best Instagram backdrop?

But you can’t play without being there – so register today
